The 45-foot mural was applied to the back of the big video screen near the Monon Greenway. For a good selfie vantage point, visitors can stand across the street on a sidewalk graphic we designed as a supplemental piece. Click here for more info and video.
Way back in 2006 we designed the original website for the Carmel Arts & Design District. We’ve been working with the City of Carmel ever since and launched a new iteration of the site in Spring 2023. What was once an “emerging district” back then, has now become a full-fledged flourishing destination. See what you can discover at CarmelArtsandDesign.com.
Visit websiteThe Carmel Arts & Design District is located in the heart of a fast-growing city just north of Indianapolis. The District has developed into a top-notch destination for fine art, interior design, boutiques, restaurants and retail. Mixed in are many upscale and high-quality residential options as well as creative office spaces. Our goal was to create a contemporary design that reflected the eclecticism of the District. The site needed to be a resource for visitors, but also spur interest in business owners as a place they can relocate to.
There are many different kinds of events held within the Carmel Arts & Design District from jazz concerts to car shows, so we created appropriate and engaging micro-sites for each event. They’re meant to be informational and, perhaps more importantly, get folks excited enough to attend the event!
Along with web promos and updates, we’ve created many print pieces that echo the colorful and bold branding of the District. From maps, to pocket schedules, to print ads and posters, it’s been a fun challenge to design a family of graphics for this vibrant area in Carmel.
