We LOVE to draw. Much of our work is done on MacBook Pros, but it almost always starts with paper and pencil. Here’s a quick behind-the-scenes look at the process.

After sourcing a reference photo (found on Instagram) we knock out a rough sketch.

Then we’ll ink in the lines…this time, using a ball point pen and a Sharpie. A Staedtler plastic eraser is used to remove the pencil sketch.

A quick scan and touch-up via Photoshop gives us a good base for digital coloring and enhancing.
